OCR Model Development for Water Meters

I'm looking for an expert in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to create a model that can read water meters with analog dials.
I have code for it and u can reuse it however u want. I want it to be done fast and quick in a day.
Key Requirements:
- The model needs to accurately interpret readings from analog dials on water meters.
- The output should be seamlessly integrated as a database entry.
- Experience with OCR models and understanding of reading analog dials is crucial.
- Technical skills in database management and OCR technology are necessary for this job.
