OCR Images

I need help writing a simple OCR script. I have a collection of images that I want to extract numbers from. They are all similar and screengrabbed from the same site. I attach an example.
The desired output is a simple list of lists. For this image it would be:
output_list = [[1, 2], [10, 12], [2, 11], [11, 9], [0, 0]]
The script should be in Python and please only bid if you have specific expertise in OCR.
