OCR Development Using Python

Looking for an expert in Python and OCR development to extract character images from my scanned PDF documents. The project involves implementing image processing methods such as thinning, de-noising, and contrast normalization. Your role will also include comparing the effectiveness of different classifiers such as k-Nearest neighbors (KNN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Inception V3, and Convoluted Neural Networks (CNN) for the OCR task.
