Nvidia Deepstream

I need someone that from a resnet 50, pre-trained, created with pytorch, export it to onnx, then to engine and create a pipeline with Nvidia deepstream (if possible with Python) that opens a video from a webcam (comes from /dev/video0), paint on the video the detected class and send the video by udp or rtsp to a given port.
