Number Plate Recognition Engineer AVI

Weekly retainer support fee paid including additional hourly rate to assist senior engineer. We are seeking a qualified engineer who is a specialist in ANPR/ALPR creating licence plate recognition drivers script.

• Creating our license/number plate recognition driver script with OpenCV and Python
• Load an input image from disk - Find the license plate in the input image.
• OCR the license plate. - Display the ANPR result to our screen.

They will be required to provide support services for existing database, develop, improve and maintain the database which stores text and images. Must have experience with Microsoft SLQ Server Management Studio. Have a minimum of 5 years experience with Open CV and Python and OCR.

Ability to quickly stage & shape data from data sources into reporting and analytics solutions
• Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design, multidimensional database design
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently whilst multitasking across a range of data & reporting issues
