Node.js & Python Code Revamp

I'm in need of a skilled developer to overhaul both my Node.js and Python code within a week. I've pinpointed the main issue with my current code to be related to API usage, specifically with character recognition. The project will also involve debugging the following week, fixing any persistent issues and implementing new features that I've already outlined.
basically how it works is i input images in a folder called manhwa then start the code it slices the images i provide then generates a summary of it using chat gpt then it turns the summary into voice using tts then combines it with its respective image and generates a video
and the new feature i would like to add is a option to delete specific part of the recap and like generate output in different languages like spanish and other using the same tts
