Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
As per the request, we have find three things:
1. Range should be >0 integer
2. Array should not contain contain any not integer value
3. Value of half more index of an array should be return -1 if it is zero (0)
Considering these three conditions I've written the code. Let me know need any changes or verify your output as per your requirement.
