Nifty Option Chain & Future Analysis

I am looking for a freelancer that can help me analyze an options chain and future data. Specifically, the project involves analyzing strike prices and open interest. I would like the information to be presented in a graphical format such as charts and graphs, and the analysis to be done in Python. I'm looking for someone with experience and expertise in data analysis and visualization.
1. Tick by Tick data store in database for backtesting (Option Chain, Nifty50, & Nifty 50 Future)
2. Visualize Option chain indicators by Graph with live data.
3. Option chain indicator like OI, COI, IV, Premium decay, COI/NT for ATM +- 10 Strike Price
4. Need ROC of each indicator (Rate of Change)
5 Normalize Option chain indicator based on weightage (eg: ROC of COI/NT Weightage 30%, ROC of IV Weightage 30%) )
