Nginx config for django react app(urgent)

This is direct connection to react app and it works well:
http://ec2-3-95-148-120.compute-1.amazonaws.com:3000/
But when I connect as HTTP, it doesn't call backend api:
http://ec2-3-95-148-120.compute-1.amazonaws.com/
