NextJs Template UI Enhancments & Admin Panel Setup -- 2

1. **Remove Unnecessary Pages**:
Keep only the Home and Contact Us pages, removing all others.

2. **Add New Pages**:
- **Demo Page**: Create a page for audio upload/recording (for authenticated users only). Redirect unauthenticated users to login.
- **Pricing Page**: Link the header to scroll to the pricing section on the homepage.

3. **Home Page Edits**:
- Remove the "How it Works," Reviews, and the section above Reviews.
- **Footer**: Remove specific elements (details to be provided).

4. **Add to Home Page**:
Add a new section (based on a provided reference) in place of "How it Works."

5. **Contact Us Page**:
Replace the address with a LinkedIn link.

6. **Login/Signup Page**:
Remove Google sign-up/login options; allow only email-based login/signup.

7. **Admin Panel**:
Use AdminLTE and include options for:
- User management (add/create/delete users).
- Page editing.
- Subscription management.
- Engagement stats widgets.
- File management (view uploaded user files).

8. **User Registration**:
Collect name, email, password, phone, country, and an optional field for “How did you find us?”

9. **Section Adjustments**:
- Change "Start a Free Trial" button to "Try the Demo."
- Redirect "How it Works" to explanatory content.
- Replace a specific section with a demo preview (visual reference to be provided).
