New Message Scraper from Broadcast Channels

I need a very fast new message scraper that works on Telegram and collects new messages from crowded public groups(broadcast channels with more than 50k members). Execution speed is very important for this project. I need to be able to collect the messages under 1.5 seconds consistently. Otherwise, the project is useless.

I will run the script on Terminal.

The timestamp of the original message and the scraped message will be also collected and the time difference will be measured. To reiterate one more time, the execution speed should not exceed 1.5 seconds.
