ML Neural Network - Excel Input

I am searching for a programmer or ML engineer to develop a neural network. I would be providing the input variables and classification via excel. The candidate would need to develop and optimize the neural network and provide the output prediction which includes a confidence level in the prediction.

The project would be on an hourly basis as there may be some need for scope expansion. Preferred platform for the neural network would with Python using Tensorflow.
