Neural Network

I'm looking to develop a neural network using predictive modeling to assist in my assignment. I have the necessary dataset to begin working on the project and I prefer to have this neural network written in Python. The neural network should be implemented using the Numpy Python package. Ideally, the developer will have expertise with one of more of these frameworks and training experience with related projects. The overall goal is to create a functioning neural network that will be able to successfully complete its purpose.
