Network Intrusion detective system using ensemble classifier in IOT network

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a network intrusion detection system using ensemble classifier in an IOT network. The ideal candidate should have experience in network security and machine learning. The following are the project requirements:

- The desired level of accuracy is moderate with average performance.
- The project should be developed using Python programming language.
- The ensemble classifier to be used is not specified. Recommendations are welcome.
