U-Net Model Training & Mask R-CNN Implementation

I have a U-Net model code and a dataset from Kaggle.
The project tasks are:
- First, train the U-Net model to ensure it's operational (no need for a full training).
- Next, use this code as a base to implement a Mask R-CNN model.
The dataset consists of images with masks, which will require some pre-processing:
- Resizing and normalization of the images.
Ideal skills for this job include:
