Project: Neo4j Community Setup on Azure with Data Integration and Export
We are seeking an experienced freelancer with expertise in Neo4j and Azure to assist in setting up Neo4j Community on Azure. Please note that we have already set up the Python code and Cypher queries to work with neo4j Desktop and neo4j Aura; but we now want to move to Azure (https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en/marketplace/apps/neo4j.neo4j-community?tab=Overview)
Tasks:
The project involves integrating pre-written Python code and Cypher queries into an Azure Function. This function will serve to perform the following tasks:
1. Data Upload: Trigger an Azure Function to upload data from CSV files (stored in Azure Blob) into Neo4j as nodes and properties.
2. Data Transformation: Apply pre-written Cypher code to transform the loaded data. This transformation includes creating specific relationships and properties within Neo4j.
3. Query Execution for CSV Export: Utilize Cypher code to execute various queries within Neo4j; Export the results of these queries as CSV files, saving them back to Azure Blob.
Requirements: The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
• Experience with Neo4j and Azure.
• Proficiency in writing Python code for Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with Cypher queries for Neo4j data manipulation.
• Familiarity with working with Azure Blob storage.
Deliverables
1. Neo4j Community successfully set up on Azure.
2. Azure Function integrated with pre-written Python code and Cypher queries for data upload, transformation, and export.
3. Successful execution of pre-written Cypher queries, exporting results as CSV files to Azure Blob.
