Need a web scrapper to scrape data out of website preferred node js or python based

I am looking for someone who is proficient in webscrapping. Looking for some developer from India (bangalore) to build a scrapper.
The webscrapper must input values to a form and download a pdf file which gets opened on another tab. The PDF file downloaded
you must mention the technology stack that you will use to implement this. Must be proficient in handling large amounts of data. The automation must store all the PDF files downloaded must be stored in a separate folder.
The payment will be done once the scrapper is done.
You can choose to build scrapper in scrapy, beautiful soup if you are selecting python
or if you are selecting a nodejs based solution you can use puppeteer to achieve the results
the code must be bug free and must be robust.
