Need telegram bot from expert developer

I need a bot, that i can use to make a post to telegram channel or group with some inline keyboard buttons. The post will show a preview content and will tell the user that he will get the full content if he will join s lost of group or channels listed below.
Then after he will join all listed channels where the bot will have access and will be admin he will get as private message a predefined text containing the full content that could be sent visible for a limited time ( i mean auto destroy after watching and no possibility to download) .

NOTE: i dont ask a specific language to do the BOT you are free to use best library you kow, for me is just sufficiet the result and that bot works as expected.
