Need script to generate Bell curve over a histogram with data from .csv file

I have a csv file with once colume of percentages % it has some dirty data in it as well.

I would like to take the %'s and generate a histogram with bell curve.

I would like it done with either Purebasic or Python, with prefrence in Purebasic.

Please let in your bid which language u will use and feel free to ask any questions.
