Need a scrapy expert to resolve issues

Our client is a data analytics company with which we regularly share scraped data. But often we encounter critical errors. Hence we need a scrapy expert who can regularly support us with long term commitment. If interested, try to solve below issue and bid only if you were able to scrape:
