Need a python script written that goes out and scrapes you tube to find any channel based int he USA with 1k + subscribers and grabs the email off of the about me section.

I am looking for a Python script that can scrape YouTube to find channels based in the USA with 1k+ subscribers and retrieve the email from the "about me" section.
Preferred Programming Language: Python
Handling Channels with Less than 1k Subscribers: Include them, but mark them as ineligible.
