Need python program to add members on telegram groups

I am looking for a skilled Python programmer to develop a program that will add members to my Telegram groups. The purpose of this project is to promote a product or service through increased group engagement.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Knowledge of the Telegram API and group management
- Experience in developing automation tools

Specifics:
- The client has a list of specific Telegram groups in mind that they would like to add members to
- The client is planning to add more than 1000 members to group
