Need a python developer to fix a web scraping script

Hi, I need an expert python developer who can fix the script that scraps data from website. Moreover the developer also needs to develop the code to scrap data from scanned images of documents contained in pdf files on the same website from where the other data is being scraped.
Write 'Scrapy' in start of proposal. Please bid if you can do this work(text scraping+read data from scanned image files inside pdf) because I dont want experiments and you must have experience in live deployment because I dont need locally running script.
