I am looking for a skilled programmer who can develop a program to implement AI algorithms in search engine optimization (SEO) using SVM and KNN.

The results should contain :
-prediction of the class
-scatter plot for both algo
-Training versus testing Graph for both
-accuracy should be above 90%
