Need personal machine learning tutor

I want to learn machine learning .I know python basics need to teach more python topics if required for machine learning .Please bid if you are working on that field .Need to teach live practical examples .Final aim is to make a practical example by my own from scratch to end. Need to teach every topic in ML 1 to 2 hours per day .
Need helping hands my budget is low.
