Need a new crm system for customers and agents

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a new CRM system for our company.

We are going to use it as callcenter software (with api connection) and the customers must see what they have spend and seperate reports and also getting support. The system needs to have the following features:

- all the api provided in the following link https://apidocs.tegsoft.com/ must be added in the crm system PLEASE TAKE A LOOK BEFORE YOU BID
- Customers have a pricing module (for some fixed price monthly or for some what they have spend per second and also both)
- customers who are logged in have to see how much they get calls and how much they spend the month)

I like to have offers who are specialized in making the systems.
