Need a machine learning expert in python

Need an expert for a coding assignment that is timed for three hours. Will have a few questions ranging on topics like: linear regression, KNN CV, logit probit, FFNN, Trees, PCA, SVM etc. Packages used are: numpy, pandas, sklearn, matplotlib, tensor flow sometimes. Since the assignment is timed, I am unable to provide with the questions but sample/previous assignments are attached to give an idea of the complexity level.
