Need help with understanding and implementing concurrency in Django / Python. -- 2

Two threads are trying to update a database row(Orders table) at the same time. I need to be able to prevent that. This is for my work module on payments architecture. Would love a Python / Django enthusiast to help me out here and teach me something about managing concurrency in Django / Python brilliantly.
