Need help with tweepy Python Script

Hey there! I already have a running python script that gets the latest posted Tweet from a Twitter User via tweepy. But what I need is, that the script grabs all tweets from this week and not only the latest or count= number. Also I want to print the output as JSON

My Python knowledge is not good enough to fix this, but I'm sure a professional python scripter can do that in a few minutes :)
