Need help with a raspberry pi 3b+ setup with ws2812 led strip and midi
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I have the raspberry pi 3b+ working with ws2812 led strip
i installed an desktop environment as i have no skills with SSH
I installed MLSC from https://github.com/TobKra96/music_led_strip_control and this is working also
i use a keyboard with midi out. i use a midi to usb converter. this also works. later in the project this will change to a roland PD-8 with midi and USB out.
now i need code python or different or change the MLSC app. what i need is:
1. choose color program in mlsc(already working)
2. if music program changes, colors and effect should change( for example hardstyle is blue, red and white flashing fast depending on bpm, reggea is green and yellow and more smooth)
3. if a note (or drum) (midi note XX is on) is registered. a specific amount of LEDS should change in color and if possible make an effect. the specific amount of leds is always te same. for example first set is neopixel 1-50, 2nd set is 51-100 etc.
