Need help simulating a new type of last mile logistics network

We are on a mission to change how the world thinks about last mile logistics, as we believe the way it is set up today is inefficient, expensive, and unsustainable for the environment. In this project, we have an idea for a new last mile logistics network and need your help coding and simulating orders being picked and delivered in this newly imagined infrastructure. Once this simulation has been built, we would like to vary input levers to solve for optimum customer experience and profitability levers.
We expect this to take 40 to 60 hours of coding work (over the course of a few iterations)
We do not require any front-end coding, though a few visualisations of the simulation could be helpful.
We expect final output to be completed in 2-3 weeks
