Need to help to program a Python code in topic modeling (using the function sentLDA) -- 2

I would like to analyze a corpus of docs based on the model developed by Bao & Datta (sentence LDA, see attached). This model is an extension of the standard LDA (latent Dirichlet allocation) and allows to consider that one sentence belongs to one topic (instead of several topics in the standard version). As I have no competence in Python (I am coding the rest of my work in R), I am looking for someone that could write (and make work) that part of the work.
