Need help in combining two software regarding flood-related problem (HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS)

I want to do optimization that relates with two softwares: HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS. I already have the models, but need help in the optimization process which will change the parameters in both softwares, and find optimum solutions based on the objective functions.
