Need help in Raspberry pi Python speech recognition (something wrong with alsa and pyaudio)

Need help in Raspberry pi Python speech recognition (something wrong with alsa and pyaudio), I need someone to fix my problem with alsa raspberry pi and make speech recognition work
I am getting error when using USB microphone with raspberry pi, basically I need to give voice command to program and then take action upon it using speech recognition library, but something is wrong with alsa
