Need to get details from a civilian identification card in India,via python through 4 details like Name,Dob,Gender and the identification number

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me extract information from an Aadhaar Card in India. The following details need to be extracted: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and the identification number.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Python programming
- Familiarity with Aadhaar Card information extraction
- Knowledge of dictionary format for the extracted information.
Pan-aadhar-ocr pytesseract and cv2 is recommended because they work well with Python code. The extracted information should be in dictionary format. The final output should be accurate and in a timely manner.
