Need full stack software developer (Python ) ERP Next project customization.

We already have ERPnext Installation. We want someone who can customize it as per our requirement. He/She can make modification/ create flow from one ERPnext Module to Another Module. Can create own module as per requirement.
Have experience on ERPNEXT software customization.
Have hands on experience on Python/ Core Java.
Must be customize all modules in ERP NeXT or any other open-source ERP.
Must be able to create own modules as per client requirement.
Need to create mobile application for the same
