Need a full stack developer to fix my website

Hello I am looking for a full stack developer that knows how to work with digital ocean. And that has and understanding with Python, Django, JavaScript. Someone that can work frontend and backend. This person has to know how to work with already existing code. And someone that can work around with low budget.
