Need a frontend web developer for creating a python django based website

Hi, I'm looking to hire a frontend web developer to create a website based in Python and Django. Not only do I require a developer who is comfortable programming in both languages, but also someone who can provide full frontend design. I need someone with a track record in creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces and websites. While the creation will be based solely on Python and Django, any additional experience or skills using frameworks such as PHP, Ruby on Rails would be a bonus. There's no existing code that needs to be included in the project.
