consider 2 scenario
1. suppose I want to hire a python developer and I have list of resume pdfs that includes total 3 resume , In 1st resume the candidate have total 50 years of total experience but he work on the company in python only 2 years , 2nd resume have total 7 years of total experience but it worked on python based company for 5 years , 3rd resume have total 4 years of total experience and it worked as python developer as whole 4 years .
In this scenario 2nd person rank should be raked higher percentage than and 3rd and 1st
2nd > 3rd > 4th
2. I want to hire Accountant and I received 2 resume , 1st resume have Engineering degree and 2 years of experience as Accountatnt and on the other hand candidate gave Commerce degree which is accountant degree and he has also 2 years of experience , so in this case 2nd person rank more than 1st person
