Need an ML expert to design a robust real time speech emotion recognition system

I am looking for an experienced ML expert to design a robust real time speech emotion recognition system. The system will be used for customer service, psychology research and the entertainment industry. I prefer a supervised learning approach for this project. We have between 1000 and 10,000 samples available for training the system. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing speech emotion recognition systems with a focus on supervised learning. Expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras is a must. Strong programming skills in Python and experience in data preprocessing and feature extraction will be an added advantage. The project requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
