Need an expert in Selenium and python for web automation.

I have the code in python for web automation but there are some issues in the same and its not running in my terminal.
Some of the issues are:
1. It keeps on crashing after a few iterations
2. It needs to be run from scratch when it crashes.
The purpose of the code is to automate the blog posting on Wix website from input in an excel sheet. But it crashes after a few iterations (sometimes after 4-5 iterations, sometimes 20-25 iterations). This is create a lot of issue because it defeats the whole purpose. Every time it crashes I need to restart the whole process in the terminal and it asks to login to Wix again. Secondly, it will start posting from the first row in the Excel input and create duplicate posts which is not needed. Because of this I need to find the rows from excel which have already been posted and delete those from the input file, save it and then restart the whole process.
I need you to check the code and make sure it runs smoothly.
Its currently running with Selenium.
I already have the working code which needs some fixes.
NOTE:
1. No teams or companies.
2. The project is low price so quote accordingly.
3. Write "Selenium" at the start of your application. This is to avoid automated bids. All just bids will be deleted.
4. Share your experience with selenium.
The code is already there and completed. Just needs a few bug fixes.
