Need a experienced Ml NLP developer

I am in need of an experienced ML NLP developer who can assist me with a text classification project. As I do not have a dataset, I will require assistance in acquiring one. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python programming language and prior experience in NLP and ML. The main goal of the project is to perform text classification.
