Need a developer for a home care app, already UI/UX is ready

Well the app is typical app for providing home care services at home by caregivers ( aggregator model), obviously it has dingle login but tow workflowsone from the caregiver perspective I doctor nurses ets, scheduling, payment, feedback etc ) and User ( someone who is looking for services or health products)
It is like a healthcare on demand app obviously, it would have a backend database on SQL, and the regular stuff of an app. Think of like a urban company for healthcare, so obviously menu is different, UI? UK, workflow, needs are different.

I am looking for someone who is a geek, who enjoys app making.
