Looking for the developer who is having good experience in deploying Odoo modules.
Should have solid experience in customizing modules. Expecting the person to work on Community version and once after deployment, there should be some maintenance which has to take care and treated into separate task based on the output and support .
Once the deployment made, Have to provide the training for the installed modules.
