Need to develop 8 Cloud Functions in Python using Firestore database

I am looking for a Python developer who will write 8 APIs in Cloud Functions (or in Cloud Run) which involves reading data from Firestore database based on Firestore triggers, performing operations (e.g. sending SMS, sending Firebase Push notifications etc) and writing data back to Firestore.
Please let me know the estimated cost for this project and the timeline.
