Need to detect handwriten text in question paper using python . no need to recognize just bounding box amount handwriten text.

I have a question paper and I need to detect answers which are written by hand, no need to recognize the handwritten answer just need to detect. I Added the sample image. detection depends on the type and handwritten classification. because the structure of the paper may change.
