Need to customise or make fresh python tool (smtp to sms) sender !!

i need python tool which have features like i can use multiple smtp and using that smtp i can send sms(smtp to sms ) . tool should support multiple smtp like if i get error with one smtp then it will auto move to next smtp and start sending sms using that smtp and for every smtp it should send particular number of sms which i can input in starting of tool and after using all smtp it will loop and start again from beginning . i have python code sample i can provide that also .
