Need to create scrape data from a site using a pyhon script

I am looking for someone who has already made a python scanning script that can go to a website search for a school and then scrape the data and then export selected information to an excel file.

We need to create a python script to do the following:

1. Go to the following page: https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/
2. From the spreadsheet take the URN number
2. Enter the URN number/school name: 139776
3. Check that matches the name in the spreadsheet
4. Scape the following below the name of the school:
i) Category
ii) Address
iii) Rating
iv) Last report date
5. Now click the name of the school and save the url of that page also.
6. Populate the spreadsheet will all the information above as in my example spreadsheet attached.
7. Export to csv and also json
8. Create a page from where i can run the scan from with a "Scan now" button

I'm only looking for someone who is experienced in python and has a lot of experience in doing the task list above.
