I am looking for a skilled developer to create an online test platform similar to apeuni.com. The platform should have the following features:

- Automated Evaluation & Scoring for PTE Exams
- Payment Gateway
- Admin Panel
- User Panel
Basically I want the website to function like apeuni.com in terms of backend & frontend design I will provide.

This is two month project with option to convert it into a long term project.
