I am looking for a skilled coder who can create a functional system that can check Professional certificates against their requirements . The system should be built using Python. The system should be able to verify the expiration dates of the licenses. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming and should be familiar with certificate verification systems. Additionally, the system should be able to verify the issuing authority of the license.
